Refunds for any service whether physical, digital, in-person or virtual will not be issued. If there was a human error in purchasing a product you have 24 hours within the date of purchase to request a refund. If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent the use of a purchased product, you may request that a credit be issued for future products from The MotherSpirit. All credits must be used within 12 months of issue.
